I have a white rodgers 1F80-24 thermostat which has worked fine for years. Now all of a sudden the numbers and time on the display are all broken up making it hard to read. Any ideas on how to fix. Thanks

This is the manual for your thermostat. You probably just have bad batteries. If you pull your thermostat shell off you should see batteries in the shell or base, further, if you have a blue wire in the wires that hook to base, make sure it's connected. The unit could be bad but, they count on the batteries for display and memory.
