I have a White Speedylock 1500 Serger and having problems with the lower looper not catching the thread where the arm goes across. Ive tried tightening and loosening the screws, but no luck. My only place to take it says it will be one month to even look at. I need it fixed ASAP. I would also like a manual for this serger if there is one available online?
