I have a Williams model # 2509612 wall heater. I replaced the thermocouple, cleaned the pilot light gas line, but the pilot light keeps going out after cycling. Any suggestions?

Remove your pilot assembly and remove the aluminum gas line going to it. Be careful when you take this off because there is an orifice inside of it that may or may not fall out. If it don`t fall out remove it. In the top of are a couple really small holes. Make sure they are clean. Also again clean the pilot hood of all debris. Reassemble everything and it should work fine. If not buy a replacement pilot assembly because I have had some that i couldn`t get clean enough not matter what I tried. Doesn`t happen often but does happen. New assembly always fixes it but a good cleaning usually does it.
