I have a windows xp home and install procomm plus 4.7 but can't indicate the correct com port just app. com port 1 to 4 not usb ports
Windows xp home edition 2002 service pack2. I install the procomm plus, but tried to connec via a usb port with a device usb to serial port and does'nt see the port. Just appear in the pcplus screen the com ports 1 to 4. doesnt see the usb ports. I have other program that use the usb port and connect to an intercom port (intercom system)and works fine.
