I have a wolverine quad.(new 50 kms) quad suddenly started to sputter and die when trottle is applied. will run somewhat when choke is on. changed fuel and plug and still wont run. can any one help?

I would want you to start by checking that there is no blockage in the main jet circuit in the carb? Have you pulled the nozzle(emulsification tube) and checked it?
If it starts and idles fine, that kind of eliminates spark and compression. Has to be fuel related.
It does look like a problem with the carb's pilot circuit to me because if it starts easily, then that more or less rules out spark or valve clearance as the culprit and if it starts acting up at 1/4 throttle, I would have thought that is in the transition from pilot to needle taper/main.
So it runs ok from idle up to 1/4 throttle? Clogged or dirty main jet!
Clean it and you should be good to go.
Yes, just check for the main or pilot jet...Have them checked to have the issue resolved.
