I have a Xerox Phaser 6115mpf. I thought I was checking to see how much toner was left and I pushed the button with the colored dots. Which I now know is the change cartridge button. I opened up the machine and found the user's guide. It just says instructions are on the cartridge box. I cannot close the machine and I have no cartridge box. I'm pretty sure that the catridges are not out of ink. We have printed just over a **** of paper, most of which is black printed office type stuff. How do I proceed? Thanks myoug

If the machine does not close it also means that the toner cartridge is not well in place, pull it out and put it back.
