I have a yamaha fzr 1998 and after renewing alternator and many other parts it still loses battery power the battery goes flat after only 3 miles please can you advice me my next step

Is your alternator after the output rectifier really connected to the battery?
Check if the case is connected both to the rectifier minus and to battery minus and the resistance between them is lower than 1 Ohm. The same for plus ends.
