I have a Yamaha rx-v1900 receiver. I cannot power it on with remote or the power buttons in the front panel!
I have to disconnect the power cord and after that it starts usually after a 10 min brake. I have tried with a another power cord, but that is not the fault. Everything works like normal until I press off on remote, after that I cant power on the receiver again!

Try to replace C4 capacitor on relay board in power supply area
Now I have changed the C4 capacitor, did not work!
