I have a york stellar plus gas furnace, p2udd12n07601c that won't stay lit. the exhaust fan works and the burner ignites, but then goes out after about 5 sec. I replaced the flame sensor but still have the same problem checked the intake and exhaust no clogs help its cold outside

I also have a York Stellar we've had our for 10+ yrs, first owner, started up a week ago, worked perfect, Now that's it's getting cold it stops heating. Can't get no flame, no fire, nothing crept that fan runs non-stop. Purchased new igniter for 62.00 which was a waste of money.HELP
I think I found the common problem to your headaches with these units, yesterday I got fed up with the unit and decided to clean the inside of the heat exchanger I removed the inducing fan the plate over the heat exchange and vacuumed blowout and cleaned all the insides it seems that it gets clogged up and doesn't allow the furnace to vent properly which causes a backflash which then turns the unit off this has been happening to me for a long time now if you're experiencing the same problem it's not hard to do just take some time patients and being very careful not to break anything I'm also considering putting in a brand-new inducing fan while I hope this helps my fellow York furnace owners
