I have a Zebra 140XiIII that has a blank display. The printer has an intrnal NIC and I can still ping it, bit I can't telnet into it. It will not print. I don't know what to do at this point. Thanks!
You might try returning the printer to factory default settings. I have seen printers get 'bugged' up from power hits. And have seen the nic card ability to access through the internal web page, but not able to access the printer settings page. If you know the IP address, http the web page of the printer. See if you can see just the Nic card, or completely into the printer setup. If you have to place a password, it is 1234(factory default password). If you cannot see the internal setup of the printer, then I would default the printer
