I have a zenith pvr5263dt projection television.when I turn it on the color is out of alignment, I go to the menu and in one section of setup cross hairs come up with the colors misaligned but it does not show you how to align them so they blend together as one instead of showing all three colors

This is a convergence problem and is either bad connections at the convergence ICs or defective ICs. If you can solder, you can fix this yourself. Please let me know if you wish to do this and I'll provide more detailed instructions.

Ok. Open up the back and locate the convergence ICs. These are the large black on es attached to a heatsink. They should be marked STKxxx. Try resoldering the pins on these first. If that fails, replace them. If you need to replace them, check in the same area for low valued resistors and/or pico fuses that may have opened up as well.
