I have a Zoeller non automatic pump... probably the BN series. It is doing nothing. The float is a variable type and I don't know how to troubleshoot the issue. No humming, no nothing. Not sure how
This is used for a downstairs bathroom only, and has maybe been used 5 times since installed in 2008. If I knew how to get the pipe disconnected I would take the thing out. What tool do I use for that? Is there any way to troubleshoot it while in the hole? Where is the switch.. maybe I can flip it to see if it's working. With my automatic sump, I easily figured out it needed a switch assembly, but this one is different.
