Report "I have a zojirushi ns-wac10 rice cooker. Twice I have tried to make brown rice. One time I rinsed it one time I didn't. However, both times the rice was extremely sticky and it barely looked like rice at at, more like oatmeal. I used the clear plastic cup for the rice and the 1 serving line inside the pot for the water. 1 hour and 50 mins later, crappy sticky rice. I bought this for my wife because she always screws up brown rice and I always have to be the one to make it, but this is embarrassing"
