I have a zoom 49cc x2 pocket bike. I have just bought a new carb and put on it. And my bike still won't crank. If I put gas in the cylinder it will bur n the gas and then cut off. What could be the problem???
Try filling the float with gas and trying it again. When you install a new carb especially on the smaller cc motors there is not enough of a draw to actually fill the float. You can try an old trick as well. Crank the motor over a few times while plugging the exhaust tip with your finger. After about 6 or 7 cranks pull your finger off while still cranking it. It just might do the trick.
