I have a ZTE Z660G cell phone. Every time I make a call the screen goes black and won't come back on. I can't use the keypad or hang it up without removing the battery. What can I do?
If it makes a difference my carrier is Safelink.

You phone sensor is not working well so if you have screen guard or tempered glass then remove it or you have to visit service center
