I have a1995 2.0 non turbo Talon. New fuel pump relay and a new ASD relay . it cranks but fuel pump doesnt prime or come on and there is no spark. is there a shut down reset ? Do I need a reflash on my ECM? if so how is it done?

The autoshutoff relay may be out also..it controls both the ignition and fuel pump thru the key switch.. try taking the negative battery cable off with the key on...kills all the circuits..then after turning the key off..reconnect the cable and turn the key to the run position..DO NOT START..listen for the fuel pump to buzz 2-3 seconds..some dash indicators will go out..then try to start but only if you hear the pump buzz..if it does not buzz, be looking at that relay..
