Report "I have AMD Turionx2 based HP Pavilion dv7-1130us. The laptop wont boot due to overheating problem and I have been suggested either to replace the ATI Radeon chip or the entire motherboard. Since the laptop is out of warranty, I dont want to risk changing only the radeon chip since that comes only with 3 months' warranty and the local repair guys might just whack the other original parts replacing it with duplicates one. Where can I replace the motherboard, in US, and how much it will cost ?"
