I have an 07 reg Scenic DYN VVT, 1.6, 16v, petrol. If the the rear discs are at 9.31 mm at my 3 year service with 35000 miles, should they be changed or should an advisory be given that they will only last 1 further year? Thanks H Jones

The minimum rear disc thickness is 6,5 mm for Renault Scenic DYN VVT, 1.6, 16v, petrol. If your rear discs are at 9,3 mm at 3 year service with 35000 miles, they should not to be changed at this moment. Without any problem, rear discs are good for 1 further year.
