I have an 2002 Kia Spectra that causes cylinder misfire in 1'2 and 4. I have change the spark plugs but not the wires because they are still good. I need help to find out what can be causing the misfire

Bad fuel injectors or driver circuits can cause a miss--shud hav a data stream or scan done--plug cables shud be tested cause outside look can decieve--rest of ignition componets need testing also since car is 10 yrs
