I have an 2013 Audi Q5 and i have an issue whenever the temp gets to 90 degrees outside the temperature reader on the dash board decrease to -12 degrees and hot air starts blowing from the vent. Help?

I would try replacing the ambient temp sensor. It is located in front of the radiator near the bottom. You should be able to see it from under the car.
