I have an 6180mpf .I change the toner's magenta and yellow with refil and afterthat the machine has stops working. message remove the tape from yeloow,remove the tape from magenta and under the toners black dust.After a cleaning now is printing only ib black mode. Please help

Uninstall all the toner cartridges with the printer off, reinstall the cartridges and power up the printer, perform an aligning test through the printer software, and make sure that the printer heads and cartridge inserts are clean.Drivers have to be in working order as well.
