Report "I have an 88 mk2 8v Gti. It runs fine but when warm, the idle will pulsate between 600 rpm and 1500. Normally, when stopped, a bit of weight on the clutch and brake will sort it. I have cleaned out the idle control valve but that hasnt really helped"
