I have an AMCOR ALTL1200E, fan works, cold air comes out when the compressor turns on BUT after 5 minutes compresor turns OFF, then after 5 minutes again it turns on, what is wrong, thanks

Sounds like the unit is cycling off on a high head pressure (condenser coil too hot). When the condenser cools, the automatic switch resets. The unit cuts off again when the condenser heats up again. Clean the condenser coil, and clear out any debris (bird's nest, lint etc.)
