I have an amcor portable air conditioning unit model number kf9000e, when you first plug it in and turn it on comes on blows air a lot of air, but when compressor kicks on it draws a lot of power and kicks right back off, after about a minute of running it tries again, with the same result any ideas?

Just an idea did you tried running just fans before putting it to cooling? As all air conditioners has options.
Also turn down cooling to minimum and gradually increase it.
It looks like you have turned cooling to maximum and turning on air conditioning so it trips the internal load relay for safety.
