I have an asus p4p800se mobo with 3.2ghz, 1gb ram that just shut off, I rebooted and it went on for a minute or 2 and shut down again, tunrs out the PSU died, I replaced it with a new 500watt psu, now all I get is a black screen (message says NO SIGNAL) I cleared cmos, changed cmos battery, diconnected floopy, HD, DVD, changed video card, and cpu, all fans are running, Board LED IS GREEN, Keyboard lites SOMETIMES for a second if I take it out and replug it in.Tried differnt monitor also. I need help please! Don't know what else to try!

When the PSU died it overstresed the sources on the board - most likely the capacitors were damaged (you can see them bulged). Replace them if you can, otherwise you need a new board.
