I have an Atwood Direct Ignition Model G6A-4E 6 Water Heater
I have an Atwood Direct Ignition Model G6A-4E 6 gallon hot water heater in an older motor home. It will light but will not shut off. Always on. What should I look to replace? Where can i get a repair or service manual?

Well i would hazard a guess and say that a valve /thermostat needs changing so the gas just burns on a pilot light ,but where it situated on this model i wouldnt know ,we use instant hot water gas boilers here in europe owing to the EEC regulations ,Wish i could be of more assistance other than to say change it could be obsolete .
