Replace the fuser. There is a weird induction heater in the heat roller that blows . Look up "the parts drop" on google. Call Britt and he will give you as good a price as you will receive anywhere. Its very very easy to change, takes less than 5 minutes if you have no clue what your doing.

I looked it up, a new fuser from the parts drop is $160.
