I have an Eaton 9355 20kva system. Theres an alarm #188 Bypass Failure and notice#105 Bypass Not available. The batteries are also not charging or the battery current is reading 0 amps. When the power goes out the ups fails

Bypass failure is the same as your input unless you have a dual input. You lost power and the UPS did not hold the load because the batteries are bad. Replace the batteries and you will be ok.
