I have an Elitegroup K7SEM Rev 3.0A Motherboard and I have a manual that I downloaded but cannot figure out the proper connections for the PWR SW, PWR LED, REST, HDD LED, and SPKR because it doesn't show the pin araingement in the manual. Can you help me with this?

The top image is the one to follow pin 1 is at the bottom left of the pins (closest to the bottom of the case. also you do not have to use all the pins.
For future reference the best solution I have found is to Google the manufacturer and model of the motherboard
