I have an Elux Epic power nozzle that has a whine in it. Operation seems fine, there is no hair or material wrapped around the agitator bar. Any suggestions?
Does the brush spin during operation? Or rotate freely if you attempt to spin by hand when the machine is off?
Although uncommon in this age of vacuum, my first thought is a broken belt, which would result in no resistance to the motor shaft, thus causing a whine.
