I have an Error 2 that happens when trying to scan a document. It makes a clunking noise. How do I fix this? Thanks in advance!
I get a blinking E 2 and the on/off button is blinking. The alarm signal is blinking too.

E2 error means is a paper jam.
Solution 1
Turn the printer off, then on again. Sometimes, when Pinter turned on, the position of the wheel is not correct, causing the error E2. By turning off the printer and then turn back, the position of the wheel will return to normal. This way I've ever done and it worked.
Solution 2
You turn the sensor vertically, as opposed to clockwise. By rotating the sensor vertically, roller wheel position to be shifted, so it will return to normal position. Rotate the sensor vertically, until you hear the sound (clak) of the wheel roller.
