I have an external hard drive, model LPHD-UP, which I use to store my I-Tunes songs, however, now my computer does not recognize it when I try to connect it. Could you tell me if there is a fix for this. Thank you?

You have to set a large subwoofer on top of it and let the magnet put the files back in order.
