I have an HP Officejet Pro L7680 model C8189A, Ser. # MY71N120XV It stopped working after jamming a couple times. The message is, "Carriage Jam, open the print-carriage access door, clear the jam, and then press OK to continue. There is no visible jam. Suggestions? Is there an owners manual available?
