You are having a hardware issue you are going to have to re-install the Operating System software or restore discs again. Formating the drive and starting all over again. Hopefully the hard drive is not bad or a CD or DVD ROM is out. This is usually the case when you start getting blue screens. Something is corrupt or has burned out. Try reinstalling again start fresh. I hope this assisted you.
If this does not work I would change out the hard drive and check the ROM's to make sure things are working. You can do a check disk. I use dban hard disk software or Hirens software you can go and get this at btjunkie.com and type in either one of those names and download the software and burn it to a disc and insert the downloaded disc into the broken computer and boot it up it should go from there and do a check as well as format the drive for you. Then install the operating system again.
You will need to have a free utorrent program as well so download this first you will have to use another computer to do this.
