I have been through a marriage breakup my husband left me with my 2 kids and leftto another state.ive had a breakdown and anxiety that I deal with and I thought getting the kids a dog would help them feel happier unfortunately tough all this I overlooked registering our dog not intentionally just because of the situation I found myself in I never remembered to do it
