I have an innos mn8 Android smartphone. All day long I would try to download something or click to go to another page and it would say, network not available. Waiting on network. ..try again later. I'll look at the stays bar and I would have almost all bars---full 3g...really aggravating.please,where do I need to start looking to fix this issue? Thank you. ..HELP

Go to Settings and either look for a WiFi network connection or tap on 'More Networks' and then check the box next to the 'Mobile Data' menu pick. That's how it works on my Android phone (Samsung Galaxy S3).
