Report "I have an Iomega 1TB external HD. Its model # is LDHD-UP. The problem is that every time I plug it in, the computer will freeze when I try to access it, starting with the "My Computer" screen. The few times that it doesn't freeze, it still won't let me access it and attempts to format it come up with errors. I would just like to reformat it so that it works properly again. The Hard Drive is not even a year old and has only been used a handful of times"
