I have an Kenwood 12" sub woofer everything looks good but it will not do anything
My sub woofer was working fine the last time I used it but now it isn't doing anything it won't even push out or in when u put a 9 volt battery to it

The assumption is that it is a passive speaker with no crossover circuit. If you connect a good 9 volt battery to the speaker and neither hear or see a sound or movement the next step is to confirm with a multi-meter an open voice coil circuit.
It is possible to repair a broken wire but not likely a burnt- open voice coil.
