I have an LG env touch. It worked fine using Pageplus. The only thing that didn't work was the browser. I found how to change settings. After I rebooted, it still did not work. I went into the WAP settings again and I was looking into all the settings. The last thing I checked was the Username. I changed something in it. After I rebooted. It doesn't stop rebooting. It turns on for 13 seconds then shuts off for 2 second, turns on again and turns off. It has been doing this nonstop. Nothing else is now accessible on the phone. Can this phone be fixed?

Try removing memory cards and battery and attempt turning on the phone again.
If the phone turns on, go to the Phone Settings menu, under Settings & Tools, then Security.
In there enter your lock code (by default the last 4 of your cell phone number) and coose Option 3 which is reset default and confirm.
If the phone does not turn on, then test using a different SIM card, or call LG at the number listed on the documentation to get the phone replaced. In that case the phone may be faulty, and your browser settings may have just been a cohincidence with the fault ocurring.
Try removing battery and memory card and resetting the phone first.
