Report "I have an mantis 4-cycle mini tiller. when i was using it this morning in my garden,it start rotating slow as it got deep. but when i raise up on it, it start tillering at hi-rpm as normal. but once it start getting back down several inches its like it want to bark down. i put a new filter on it. please help me"
