I have an OCE tds320 and for the last year we have been having a couple problems. We get a copy to late error and roll 1 or 2 is out of paper. The Tech has been in here several times and cannot seem to fix the problem. We have a service contract. But they can't seem to fix the problem. The tech keeps saying that we have a power issue but we put a volt meter and amp meter on the line and it does not show that. Or volts hold right 119volts and the amps start at 24 and drop down as the wires heat up. Does anybody have a solution. Because Frankly based on the experiance we have had with this machine I don't see why everybody say's oce's are such a good machine
The roll holders sit on 4 white wheels. The back left wheel is the brake. It is not supposed to rotate, but just supposed to support the roll. The right back roller is supposed to rotate. It drives a encoder. If the encoder does not turn smoothly it will give out of paper errors.
