On the Service & Support page, you should see a link to Lost Combinations. Click or tap on that link.
On the Lost Combinations FAQs page,if your lock is an "old style" dial combination lock, first open the first question: Q: I've forgotten the combination to my standard dial combination lock. Follow the on-screen directions.
Look through the list of other FAQs and open any which are relevant to you and read the information provided.
