I have an Oster Microwave OM1101NOE. When the door is shut, it sounds as if it is still microwaving, although a little quieter than normal. The center piece does not rotate when this occurs. If I set the timer and push start, it will rotate and cook as usual. Any idea if this is something we can fix Susan
