The screen went blank except for a blue light on "vm". I unplugged the battery and reconnected it. The display went blank. I disconnected the power from the base unit and the wall and left it disconnected for 10 minutes. After unplugging the battery, the display went totally blank. Replaced the battery, now have a blue scree. My headset was at a solid blue light and is now flashing purple.
