I have aRascal model 245 scooter,I was driving it when all of a sudden it shut down, and batt indicxater went into the red zone.I tried charging the battery with the built in charger but did not work. But with the chager plugged in turn the key on it chatterd alittle.I load tested the batterys and it was around 9.5V. and 12V. with no load. is that all right. As of now I don't get any thing to work. I checked all the wiring connections and found nothing wrong. What is my next step

Replace the batteries because they are too low to give you enough power to get out of the red. Once you have the new batteries charge before use and then check the charger t make sure you are getting a good output to charge the batteries Hope this helps
