I have Biostar G32D-M7 mother board, some games dont work due to display card problem, I am using the onboard display, Now I am thinking of adding a display card with more memory, which card should I use. The games I am trying to play are Call of Duty 2, Call of Duty 4

You'll have to read the motherboard user manual or go to the biostar website and download it. See what graphics cards/ graphics accelorator cards it can support.
Check that info against the minimum system requirement demanded by your games.
If supported cards easily cover those minimum requirements, go for the fastest the motherboard can support taking into how much you want to pay.
