Ok sorry you havent had an answer yet lol , here it is , i had this same issue . All you have to do is take the plastic cover off of the motor , and once its off pull the throttle ( with scooter off ) and you will see where it leades to . Where it leads to there is a screw which can be tightened to increase its motor stength / use . So tighten it , but only a little bit , if tightened to much the scooter will go without you pulling the throttle , so a 2-3 twists on a screw driver should do it. Once done , start your scooter up , and it should run great !
