Report "I have Bluefire 180 with a Honda engine. When you strike an arc the motor lugs hard, like its on full power but the arc is weak and the motor almost stalls. The 120V output is fine. The amp adjustment pot changes in resistance when moved. The motor is not the problem. I cleaned the slip rings and the brushes are good. No obvious loose connections"
