I have both the stand by and lamp indicators flashing then the lamp liight goes to a red The lamp never actually lights up in this time.The globe has only done about 250 hrs

The bearing of the colourwheel is locked. No rotation of colourwheel possible, then also no lamp ignition. Colourwheel has to be replaced.
