Its either too lean(runs hot, causes vibrations, hesitates on acceleration) or there is a problem with the lubrication system(not enough oil to the piston = alot of friction=running hot. hope that helps
Your best solution is to replace the engine oil with motul 300v of 20w50 grade ratings.. engine oil should be of 1 liter quantity..pulsars do have a overheating problems due to the use of 20w40 grade oils which are avaiable mostly in the market.. one shold allways use a 20w50 grade oils.. motul 300v 20w50 costs 275 in delhi castrol active extra 20w50 costs around 230rs
